Abstract : This paper introduces a revolutionary economic model that proposes the complete transition of all private-sector employees to government staff across all towns, cities, and villages. Under this framework, the state serves as the central payroll intermediary, collecting revenues from private entities to distribute standardised, equitable salaries and benefits. By eliminating the structural dichotomy between public and private employment, this model systematically eradicates the income gap, labour exploitation, and unregulated overtime. Furthermore, it guarantees absolute job security and comprehensive retirement pensions for the global workforce. This paradigm represents an unprecedented evolutionary leap in political economy, surpassing traditional Marxist and socialist theoretical frameworks to create a harmonious system that captivates workers, business owners, and policymakers alike.
