| Dr M. Soundarapandian is a senior Professor and Dean of the School of Management Studies at Gandhigram Rural Institute, a Deemed University in Tamil Nadu, India. He is an Honorary Expert at CDES in the area of Rural Development, and serves as a Senior Editor for the JDMS journal. His research and teaching focus on rural management, consumer behaviour, agricultural marketing, and development economics with a specific focus on rural India. He has contributed to research on branded apparels, consumer buying behaviour, and rural economic development. He has also published in the inaugural issue of the JDMS journal with a study on consumer buying behaviour. |
